About Us

We are a family-owned and operated business founded by Jennifer Milburn, a Florida native (they really do exist!). She started her career in real estate in Sarasota in the early 2000s before transitioning to construction and disaster restoration.

She worked as a commercial property manager before stepping into a project manager role to oversee the retail tenant build-outs for clients such as AT&T, GameStop, and Sprint. She then moved over to the disaster restoration industry and worked on both residential and commercial properties. Some of her commercial clients included Costco, Marriott International, Bass Pro, and Hard Rock.

In 2026, she decided to put her knowledge to different use and started an inspection company with the goal of delivering top tier inspections for Floridians.

During the summer of 2026, her son Kennedy decided to join her as an apprentice.
