White Label Mold Services
If you’re a licensed home inspector, you already know the problem: your client needs a full mold assessment, which you are not licensed to perform. You either have to refer out or pass entirely. We are a licensed solution to keep the experience seamless for customers and the relationship intact for you.
We provide professional mold assessments — including air and surface sampling, accredited laboratory analysis, and written reports — that you can offer under your own brand or refer directly. The arrangement is flexible and customized to your needs. Most prefer to mark up our services and present them as part of their own offering under their own brand while others refer us out as subcontractors. We're open to either and will work with you to find what fits your business model.
What stays consistent regardless of structure:
Fast turnaround. We schedule assessments within 48 hours when possible
Written reports delivered within 1-2 business days of lab results
Professional, licensed documentation that address specific concerns of your clients
No conflict of interest ever. We are here for the long haul. Our interest is in forming long-term mutually beneficial relationships. We will never attempt to steal away your customers.
How it works
Any licensed home inspector who wants to expand their service offering but does not hold the proper license.
The current Florida statute allows home inspectors to conduct a visual inspection of mold under 10 square feet and take samples. But that’s it. For many situations, that’s adequate. But when is the last time your customers had zero follow up questions? They almost always want to know How do I get rid of it? or Is this an unsafe amount of mold? Home inspectors are not licensed to interpret results, determine scope of work, or conduct clearance testing. That’s where we come in.
By partnering with us from the beginning, we can ensure continuity. When you see there is a larger problem, call us right away. We will come take the samples so the client only has to do it once. We will write their protocol for their remediation contractor, if necessary, and come back for clearance testing.
Who is this for?
As every business grows, the question comes up Should I bring this in-house or sub it out? We get it. If you are looking to add service offerings it is because you are growing your company and this question will come up.
So here’s what we can do for our partners… To qualify for a mold assessor license, you have to show 4 years of field experience of conducting assessments, including taking samples and writing the scope of work (or protocols). If you partner with us, we will work with you to help you qualify for the license.
What if I want to get licensed?
